Reading the OP made me realise that I'm not really committed to the 'extras' that come with training such as diet and what not, I do however LOVE training in all forms, whether it be running, weights, circuits or anything

For me, training takes priority and I could probably achieve so much more if I added the extras in but it's not really about that for me, hard to explain

I actually enjoy it, even starting to quite like the cardio.

Surely thats the reason why the majority of people train?

These two posts sum up my thoughts. I train because I like it, it is my hobby. I'll train through a hangover because I feel better afterwards. Training does not rule my life, but it does compliment it. I train because training is what I want to do

Can you let me know how to I can learn to like cardio?

I've been trying for years.

It's still a fecking rotten chore.

Circuit training and Tabata

I'm anti-religion.

As am I.

Its interesting to note that a lot of people say the do it for their health. Is body building really the better option is you are doing it because you want to be healthy?
i would have thought cardio is a better option if you are thinking about avoiding heart attack.

here are some quotes i've read before.
- The heart works harder to pump the blood in a bigger body which does decrease lifespan.
- A huge bodybuilder is said to have the same life threatening issues as that of a severely obese person. Strokes, clots, etc due to the high blood pressure and high cholesterol.
