ok if i use the same weight and same reps for all exercises will i manatain the exact same body shape and size i have now, might sound like a dumb question but i really want to know this!!!!!! anybody help me please?

Well I am and have! Diet is obviously key also, but I bench, press and pull the same weight each week as I'm quite happy where I am, not really big but 6' 13.7st at about 13%ish bf....

thats good news cos i like ma body right now, i could be bigger but i havent actually got a weight ti progress to lol, i thouht for some reason your body would get bored or summin maybe and start decresasing in size and definition, thanks for he replies
