Stats are coming - getting the gf to measure me naked is always a good thing. Bit of background - am a skinny runt, personal trainer, and gym manager. I know what to do and eat but I'm always so busy I self sabotage most of the time by falling asleep in the gym studio under all the body vive balls. I also running bootcamp sessions all over manchester and stockport as well as a fat kids camp, spin classes and also staff training so when I do get to eat its either in my car or not at all. I don't/can't train in any of the gyms I manage so I train with my bezzer at a total fitness. The plan is an ordered chaos, love doing drop sets, pyramid sets, pylometrics, explosive stuff. Not too arsed about multiple sets. Today was this: L-seat and upside down pull ups (until exh/lose form) one arm pullups (8, four on each side) barbell lunges (30 each leg with box jumps in between sets) lunges with 30k on my back leg press 100kg 3x8, supersetting drop sets on decline chest press from 35kg going down in .5 increments (not countin the bar) drop sets on lat pull down, alternating between wide grip and pulldown grip from 65 kg doing down in 5 kg increments collapsing in the plunge pool more tomorrow and hopefully after 50 posts my profile pic will come up as my avatar! Any feedback would be good dudes!
