Keep protein at least 1g per 1lb of bodyweight so in you case at least 200g, im sure you can get more down that the minimum.

Dont lose more than 2lbs a week any more weight loss than 2lbs per week is likely to be muscle mass.

Cardio a few times a week, soem believe cardio first thing in the morning unfueled is likely to burn more fat than an afternoon, evening session.

This link will explain alot of want you want to know, i strongly suggest you read it:

I might be wrong but your not going to lose much fat in 2 weeks, you will lose some water but I have read that a takes a while to really start getting into fat burning

is that definately true? even if i have a calorie deficit, do early morning HIIT, play football twice a week and go to the gym four times a week, will it still take a while to get going?

if so, what is a decent time period for a cut?

Im on a cut atm and i lost 2lbs in 2 days and 1/2 waist in 2 days i was told not to worry as its my first week and some of it will be water and fat. Gradually the water you lose will decreases each week so you burn more fat as the weeks go on.

sorry but what a silly post. 2 weeks cut? ie 4lbs if your lucky mostly water prob, you wont be able to see the diff, waste of time, are you going on hol or something. post pics of you, but by the sounds of it so far you dont need to go on a cut.

so a two/three week cut will only lose water and minimal fat? i suppose thats ok for now- i'll want to cut again before the summer

the summers here now mate lol as the others have said a 2 week cut is pointless either aim for an 8 week minimum cut or carry on bulking until you want to do a proper cut. At 12% BF you must be fairly lean anyway?

2 week cut a waste of time, a 8-12 week cut would be usful, post your pic up,
