ok i'm just waiting for my epidrol to arrive, i'm going to run a 4 week cycle, unless i decide to extend it, but dont want to be shut down for too long.
I'm going to start on 10mg at day one, then work up adding another 10mg per day untill i'm at 30mg, and thats where i'l keep it for the rest of the cycle.
Week 1 - 4 = 30mg per day
Week 1 - 4 = Genetic edge Cycle Insurance
and heres PCT
Pct day after last tab
Days 1 & 2 60mg Nolva
Days 3-10 40mg Nolva per day
Days 11-21 20mg Nolva per day
what do you think?

oh and i'm going to buy some additional milk thistle extract to throw in too, with the cycle insurance i'l be getting 500mg per serving, and two servings a day so thats 1g total per day.
i'm thinking of adding another 1g onto that

Looks good mate,
I am also waiting for my Epidrol to arrive and will be running a very similar cycle to yourself although im going to jump straight in with 20mg for the first day and then 30mg from then on

1g milk thistle is fine as is 2g, most people here rate Liv52 highly for liver support as well.

I wouldnt bother with the extra milk thistle mate. 1g plus 1g of NAC (also in CI) is plenty.
