Would it be wise to run both epistane and superdrol in a cycle? any advice guys ?

If this is your first cycle as Adil rightly questioned then no, one or the other. If you're experienced in these compounds then I would recommend something like the following:
Weeks 1-3 SD 20/20/20
Weeks 3-7 Epi 20/30/30/30/30
Doses depend on your goals. For more subtle lean gains I would recommend only 20mg for each compound, but if you're bulking or want extra strength then 30mg for the SD, and perhaps up to 40mg for the Epi.

Have taken superdrol on two occasions. Made good gains on my first cycle but had to stop halfway through second due to catching flu. Im 6ft 200pounds in relatively good shape .Been training for three years and gained just under 3 stones in weight . Was wondering if both can be run together ? what kind of gains can be achieved ?

They can be taken together, but it'd be much better to run a cycle like firest0rm has outlined, IMO

Firestorm, you've done a SD/Epi cycle before, right? I'm going to do one in a few weeks- what were your results (I'll look at your logs if you cant be arsed to tell me  )

Well I've ran three now, EST's Methyl E, IBE's Epistane and Generic Labz Epithin-E. Methyl E in my opinion was under dosed; I'm basing my opinion on two facts, the first being that when I began IBE's Epistane as my second cycle I distinctly reported that it felt "stronger", as though it was purer. It has since been revealed that EST did indeed underdose its Methyl E product.
IBE's brand and Generic Labz are both good brands in my opinion, so you can't do wrong with either. I will say however that I think Epithin-E is cheaper, just as good quality, and Generic Labz deserves some loyality after bringing out that fantastic Cissus-Drol product. You could get on extremesupps and buy the two, using Cissus-Drol in your PCT alongside a serm. Cracking PCT in my opinion.

Weeks 3-12: Epistane 20mg up to 30mg
Weeks 1-3: SD 20/20/20

My starting weight was 13st 4lbs I believe. The cycle did originally begin as a cutting cycle, but the gains came thick and fast and it kind of turned into an all out bulking cycle. I went from 13st 4lbs to 14st 11lbs. Gained a fair bit of fat on cycle, which to be fair ran over Christmas.
As for gains kept, well I'm cutting at the moment and with some good changes to my diet and cardio routine I've dropped from approx 20-21% bodyfat to 15.6% as of yesterday, cutting since January. My weight is 14st 5.9lbs, so I've kept a fair bit of my gains too.

blimey that's a huge gain, even over a long cycle. cheers for the link mate. i'll run a more simple cycle of SD first for 3 weeks then Epi for 4 so i wont be in that league but nice to know the potential of such a cycle for someone in the same sort of weight area.

Preferably clomid. But have nolva on hand anyway as signs of gyno may appear whilst on cycle (and you need to take the nolva)

I personally prefer Clomid myself. I tend to get side effects from Nolvadex, most notably hallucination-type, and it's also reportedly liver toxic too I think. Up to you really, for most people there isn't a major difference. I think Nolvadex is better suited at controlling estrogen, and Clomid better at restarting test production.

Basically a serm cannot be just sold at boots, it's something a doctor would normally prescribe. There are other ways of buying it though; they can be classed as a "research chemical" and be sold legally online. Googling the words "clomid" and "research chemical" should bring up some websites.
