Quick Video of tonight's Push Training.

Log 115kg (working on new Tec, Couldn't push press tonight due to shin splints)
DBells 60Kg (sorry i never started at the bottom Dale LOL) i usually do.
Axel Bench 140kg and 180kg
Handstand Push Ups (usually the other way round, **** tonight)

Very impressive strength mate

Crap video quality

How do you find doing overhead pressing before flat ? I suppose I'm looking at this from a BB perspective but I would have thought it would be better to do the flat first. Just asking as obviously I know f*ck all about strength training.

If it was dbell shoulder press then the bench should be at 90degrees;)
