right for the last couple of days m stomachs been feeling wierd, been feeling really weak inside,

my whole body is hurting all over, i've been training harder than ever, i just feel really strong and weak at the same time, its hard to describe,

went out last night, no drinking tho, but diet went to ****, havent eaten in 14 hours, but will get back on track today
