I probably start verbal confronatations with him and try and get him to throw the first punch, then kick the sh1t out of him in self defence.

Handbrakes are fairly weak, and theres not a lot of weight over the rear wheels anyway. Just tow his car outside his own house, wont take much effort to move it a few feet.

Then when they kick off about it tell them to prove it etc. take you to court, play them at their own game.

Personally i would just park outside their house, lowered curb or not. If the council turn up just move it and apologise (to the council) Do it every day, all the time.

well I hate confrontations and having a neighbor that continually provokes me in my own home where my family should be secure would litrally drive me round the bend , obviously there are much worse things in life , but the drip drip effect of arseholes making your life a mental misery is more than enough to force me into action , and then all hell breaks loose, and for what ? some prick with a brain malfunction , i just dont need that.

Wow John i read about your situation in a previous post and the calls to the police is surely an offense as its wasting their time.

When you confront them, what are their explanations for the actions they take?

is this the same neighbour you had the problem with the fence that was too far over onto your side hence taking away part of your land? did you get that sorted?

Buy come cheap clamps or chains and clamp their car and deny doing it? let the air out off their tyres constantly? no proof they cant say anything

you need to let the council fcuk around for years if you want a drop kerb

probably doesnt help but i would park my company van on their drive all weekend and see if they got the hint

this is why i spent a bit more on my house so i had a drive as i could see me repeatedly getting lifted if i didnt have somewhere to park
my mate used to live in a terrace and had to park streets and streets away sometimes

Try and squeeze the closed end of a condom through the top of their window and then the fill the jonny with a sauce, or even worse - piss!! Then when it explodes their car will be a mess on the inside lol.

Oh I've got it How about pouring some whey drink into their boot? We all know what that smells like when it goes off . Doesn't solve the parking issue but might give a smug sense of satisfaction

he put it in the vents and it smelt of 5hit all the time apparantly, it was a brand new audi as well

but.. you're big.. from what I can tell from your avatar.

What is the point of muscles if they don't provide leverage with stupid people?

Aren't muscles modern day armour? Aren't muscles a warning? Aren't muscles the last word?

I remember a few years back, some idiot from across the street started parking his monstrosity of a van in front of our house. It was residents parking only, and he wasent from the same street. We asked him several times not to do it, he would just smirk and walk away. The council were less than useful as well, so we were stuck. This guy was the smuggest bastard i had ever met, that smirk he would use everytime he would park there drove me bonkers.

My two younger brothers being slightly angry that this guy was disrespecting our wishes. Slashed all of his tyres (Took alot of doing apparently Van tyres are incredibly hard to slash!), pryed open the back of his van and scattered all of his stock over the street. He had to call a mechanic to get his tyres re fitted, and he did not park there again. Takes scum to beat scum!

I don't like fights that begin that way. I certainly would never try and get someone to hit me first just so that I could retalliate.

Is this guy's neighbour likely to start on someone who looks like a bodybuilder?

I have a dumped car with broken windows sitting outside my house as I type this. Now that is annoying. Hopefully the council will take it away.

Tough situation. I feel for ya. Legally you cant really do squat. and i can understand how it would tick you off. Lowering the curb is probably the only real solution as legally anyone can park in that space. Could try damaging there cars etc.. other then that its a not easy. I hate stupid ****ing neighbours who have nothing else better to do with there lives...

this would mean tha tthe neighbours could then report him to the council, they need to be consulted if a drop kerb is to be installed (which is why i do not have one)
we did loads at work a few years ago

As far as i can tell, you are stuck with them mate. Neighbours can be a living hell, you are just unfortunate enough to have tossers for neighbours. I wouldnt personally advise doing anything illegal, but outside of that, there doesnt seem to be anything else you can do.

All the talk about beating him up isn't gonna happen, I can not go round beating people up and how muscly you get doesn't make a diffeance to that
Like someone said it's a drip drip awkwardness... but the parking is on going, just though someone might have had a plan I hadn't thought of

Knocking my garden wall down isn't doable without buying gates as we have a dog out in the garden a lot, then I still have to drop the kerb... that would solve it but not money I will be spending at the moment

Looks like we will just have to keep putting up with it until I think of something
