Loved the first single player and bigtime pumped for the second.

Does this not really appeal to anyone else?
Not a dig at you Gears players - but i played the first one and wasn't very impressed compared to the hype it got

It all depends on what games you like playing
Some people prefer halo 3 to Gears of war and other prefer COD4 to the those 2
Some people prefer Fifa 08 to Pes08
Its the online where Gears 1 has become very popular the story was ok and for a game in 2006 to have the Graphics it did is amazing considering therewas no other game on a console looking as good and I dont think there is many games that even come close to Gears 1 year after its release.
Gears 2 will be longer and better
If you have Gears 1 than doing co-op campaign is great fun.
Gears 1 set a standard and Gears 2 will set a bigger standard for games it wont outsell Gta on all consoles But I bet it outsells Gta on the 360

I enjoyed GoW1 but it wasn't that great, just a standard shooter that was a bit different. Didn't want to play it again and deffo wouldn't pay for it.

I enjoyed Halo 3 more than Gears but i can't put my finger on why. COD4 blew them both out the water though for me.

Halo 3 sucked balls Imo that was really really overrated
problem with Gears online is its just 4v4 where as halo3 and cod4 have upto 16 players so much better in terms of enjoyment with loads of friends
However I really doubt they will change the 4v4 online as Gears
The chainsaw duels look fat
