Hi Guys, Since getting 40g Linseeds 10g Pumpkin 10 Sunflower. MY Number 2's been lot better. Not water liek it use to be! But some times i Poo out soild food ( only the Veg) I have Chicken Pasta and Peas earlyr, i went poo and when looking at the poo it had few peas in it! Whole peas undigsted. Why is this? Is this due to the body not needing any more? or could it be as i eat preety fast and chew my food to a bare minuim? Regards

Franken - Use a smaller spoon, eat slowly and chew alot. Chewing can help tell your body your full up, it also allows you to drink fluid between mouthfulls which can also help(A hot drink + meal = Im full!). Do your meals contain plenty of veggies and some good fats (i take a few EPA caps with my meals) - It helps me stay full for longer. Give it a shot

The linseeds also speed up your digestive transit which may contributed.
