Hey guys, query here.

normally after a workout:
ill have 40-60grams of fast carbs ( 1/2 maltodextrin 1/2 dextrose )
followed 20mins later by 40grams of whey protein
followed 40mins later by a high complex carbs, medium protein meal.
then resume my normal diet

however now ive run out of whey, and moneys tight at the mo so might not get any for a few weeks... any ideas how i should modify to suit??

Apart from the fact that bulk whey is a bout as cheap a protein source as your gona find. just drink some milk after training. Easy. Unless your lactose intolerant.

Other than that just make sure you have a solid meal after you train. Dosn't have to be imediatly after.

powdered milk is good just remember it has carbs in it so be careful if adding any extra..is dirt cheap as well so good choice there
choco milk as well always good substitute
