Hey guys, query here. normally after a workout: ill have 40-60grams of fast carbs ( 1/2 maltodextrin 1/2 dextrose ) followed 20mins later by 40grams of whey protein followed 40mins later by a high complex carbs, medium protein meal. then resume my normal diet however now ive run out of whey, and moneys tight at the mo so might not get any for a few weeks... any ideas how i should modify to suit?? thanks in advance
