I will be moving to London from August and would like to know if there are any decent gyms in the East End area. Either there or around Holborn area. What sort of prices for 12 months?

The house is in Surrey Quays so anywhere around there really. Troy Brown trains at Muscleworks in Bethnal Green doesn't he?
The Works you say Scott. What sort of gym is it? Do you have any experience of it?

Troy brown is currently training in canada iirc, but yes he used to train there as do quite a few big guys.
the works is a very good spit and sawdust gym its up in barnet n.london not to far from where i live.
for the east end muscle works is probably the best gym in london.
for holborn gymbox has pretty awesome facilities(you can play games on the cardio machines).
i have no idea whats around surrey quays though.
