Im the same, when im cold it looks fine. But when im warm, to me its apparent that i have gyno. Other people cannot really see it, but it is there. Mine really isnt that bad, not bad enough to spend money on yet anyway. In a few years, if im comfortable and have a bit of money and nothing to do with it. I may get it removed.

Yea, im very self contious about it and it has started to ruin my life so thats why ive opted to get it done.

its the reason i started training acctualy but it made it worse because the muscle pushed it out more.

A fair bit of money. Yet its one of those things in which YOU know its there and until its removed you can't ever feel comfortable.

I suppose its a small price to pay for peace of mind

When i was 14 i found little smartie sized lumps went to doc and they said its normal in puberty and it will go away

when i was 19 it was abit more noticable for me because i was about 9stone 6 with very low bodyfat and you could see them through T shirt.

so i started training.

im nearly 22 now when i turned 21 i ran a winny only cycle for 6week at 50mg and this acctauly made it abit better

since then i ran a test cycle 250mg/week and 200mg eq with 30mg/day winny and 20mg nolv for 10week followed my pct

and it hasnt made it anyworst than it was but i had always had the intention of getting it removed so wasnt worried to much about the cycle making it bigger

Steroids have never made mine any worse either. Ive had it since i was 17, and yes it was one of the main reasons i started to train also! There are thousands like us mate, rest assured of that. The only reason im not in a rush to get it removed is that because nobody has ever noticed it other than myself. I also think that in my case, dropping bodyfat will help, but wont get rid of the problem.
