Linseeds.
They mix fine with muesli, they're cheaper and also give added fibre/other nutrients.
They also don't spoil, so you dont waste ~£15 like i did.

Definitely linseed seeds. They are extremely beneficial for your digestive system and bowels as their bulking properties help stimulate the body's intestinal movements, ensuring the regular flow of waste. The mucins also provide the intestines with a smooth protective layer.

If you want to buy some linseed (seeds), make sure you buy the cracked variety. This enables the optimal swelling of the linseed to occur in the intestine and not the stomach.

seeds as they keep far better, are cheaper and IME taste nicer

they also provide protein and fibre
