Status: offline 		I started using creatine within the last week or so. I just have the creatine mono powder and so about 5g of creatine and add 25-35 grams of dextrose to it every day when i take it. I also have around 40-50 grams of dextrose with whey after each workout.

I just wanted to know is having this amount of dextrose everyday harmful? or is it fine?
