Got 4 football jerseys from thailand recieved goods sucessfully and i got 4 custom names and numbers on each top, but they are unworn and the numbers and names printed on the back are pealing off.

Tried contacting seller but i dont expect a response as hes no longer an ebay user, so i opened a dispute, but i doubt the seller will respond as hes no longer a ebay user, either casue he didnt want to be or casue ebay banned him. i doubt i will get a response.

Paypal say they will close the dispute in 20days time and the dispute cant be opened again, what if i dont response from the seller issuing a refund, will paypal refund me or do i contact hem directly as the dispute in 20days time and the dispute cant be opened again ?

What he said.

I got ripped off by some dude in the U.S.
He didn't respond and once the deadline was over, I was refunded full costs.

I see it as a two way thing.

Ebay's procedures got you your money back and he made it easy for them to do so. He played ball.

Now you want to keep the top you don't want. A top that isn't yours.

Though I understand that it's a waste of return postage for you. I'd hang on to it for another month. No reply in a month, wear it. He's moved on in life.
