Mainly directed to the larger guys on here......

Did you get bigger and cut without the use of steroids and other enhancing pills or was it through consistent training, protein shakes + good diet.....?

How long have you been training for?

anyone can get big without the use of gear

i take it your a relative beginner

only supplements you need to grow is a fork, the gym and your bed

maybe invest in some whey for PWO but not essential

Well, I'm by no means Arnie in his prime!!!
I've been training for 7 months 4 times a week and gone from 12 stone to 14.8 stone. I've improved my work out routine and started running again now that the decent weather and lighter nights are back over the past 3 weeks. I've noticed a leaner physique, however i'm worried that my muscle size might be dropping as well as fat levels. I'm using a fat burner i admit, but i don't want to undo all the hard work i put in during the winter to gain size and muscle size. I'm still hitting the gym though as often as before though.

Arnie used gear in his prime. Sounds like a bit of weight has gone on mate, do you have progress photos to show results? Fat burners wont give you that much of an edge so unless your diet or training are really screwy then you wont lose muscle

Speaking of which can we take a look at them?

bust your arse in the gym regularly, eat correctly (as mentioned only a protein shake is really that benefical i think) and do cardio on a separate day to weights
