Im up every morning at 5.30am and get the bus to work at 6am.Ive stopped going to the gym in the mornings recently to work up a few hours at work but now im starting back in the mornings and was wondering what sort of way I should eat around my cardio.I want it really to be on a empty stomach but the earliest I can get to the gym is 7.15am so its a big break without food which isnt good.Any tips.Im trying to loose weight atm.Ill work my diet around what im told I should do here.I do weights in the evenings after work. Thanks Guys
