how do guys, im going on holiday 1st of july so decided id ease back on the weightlifting side and try some exercise machine work. been on the weights for over a year now so good for a change. as youve heard before im sure i dont want to loose the muscle ive built up - im not massive by the way. just want to lower to body fat, im trying to keep the protein up but on my 3 days in im doing 20 mins each of: cross trainer rower bike cross trainer and bike are at about 70 rpm while the rowing is 29-30m/s or 4600 - 4700 metres im soaking by the finish so must be doing something right but just want any opinions that im going the correct route? cheers Dan
