Out of interest, what sort of doses are we talking? Varies mate. As said before, you will need someone to tell you what to do, and/ or spend a lot of time researching and experimenting for yourself. People respond very differently to performance enhancers, and this just takes us back to the genetics aspect of things. There is no one size fits all |
