I can't really answer that as it is dependent on so many variables. Dedicated diet, gear, 10 years training. Remeber he is only in that condition for a few weeks a year though.

I like Milos.Good size but not freaky big, which is a look i am not too keen on. 99% of people will not reach that level IMO.

Completely impossible for 99.99999% of people, even if your training/diet/drug regime is perfect for years and years

ORIGINAL: CJW http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fCiIbeKB4UM&feature=related How realistic is it to seek to reach this sort of physique? A genuine question. How long et cetera. Looks superb there in my opinion, arms lagging a little though. It is realistic if you happen to have freakishly good genetics and are willing to live an extremely dedicated lifestyle for at least a decade

Dedicated in what respect? Never missing training and getting all meals in? I am intrigued by this.

Train hard and intelligently, with no breaks and no time off Eat like a bodybuilder, all of the time Rest well, and abstain from any excessive recreational drug use Be prepared to use performance enhancing drugs extensively, and either have someone to tell you how to use them correctly, or do a lot of research and experimentation for yourself

dedicated for me means: never missing meals.......ever never missing training sessions......ever resting plenty prioritising training over everything else doing a fcuk load of juice because you can justify it with the above

I very rarely miss meals and never miss training but I think there are countless others who are similar to me there. There must be some difference. Gear is the other part of teh equation it would seem; however, those who use it may not have their training and diet perfect so are losing out there. Genetics must play a large part. Out of interest, what sort of doses are we talking? It is something that fascinates me as people assume that they must be using obscene amounts yet BritBB was using 'reasonable' (1g max for a lengthy period I believe) and he achieved superb results.

Time plays a big part, even for the genetically gifted. Nobody gets to Milos's stage of development overnight, and not all that many people actually do train and eat well for years on end quote:
Genetics must play a large part. Yep. The largest part by far. Genetics make you who you are, on every level: mind, body, and if you want to go that far, soul quote:
Out of interest, what sort of doses are we talking? Varies mate. As said before, you will need someone to tell you what to do, and/ or spend a lot of time researching and experimenting for yourself. People respond very differently to performance enhancers, and this just takes us back to the genetics aspect of things. There is no one size fits all
