Has anyone got any links to some simple v low carb diets? I have my own worked out but fancy a change
to my current cutting diet, low carb works well for me so I wanna stay on that route

Cheers fella but I was looking more along the lines of actual foods that are quick and easy
to eat on low carb diet. I wanna try and hit about 50g for a few weeks to drop bodyfat sharpish :)

eggs/cheese/meats/tuna

veggies will give you around 50g of usable carbs if you eat loads of them

wholewheat tortilla mate,big ones will take tins of tuna/mackerel etc.

stir fry's I find are a good option, loads of veg add some quality meat, avoid packet sauces though
