I wouldn't know. I'm asleep.

But my GF does this. I think I might when I have one of those dreams when you dream you're tripping over, or something and awake with a jolt. I think those often happen just as I "drop off". I seem to be more prone in hot weather (don't ask me why, though. Dehydration. Salt inbalance??)
