Thanks guys!

Yes, I am proud that I got into condition that didn't look ntoo out of place on the stage! Am absolutely at it with a vengence now to get in better condition for the BNBF regional and am now more confident with the posing too!

Can actually feel my body changing over the last few days so it is very encouraging!!!! Hard work does pay off and the support I get from you chaps is priceless!!!!
