Well on both shoulder and back day I feel that my traps are the most used muscle even though I do no direct traps work. They are also probably by biggest muscle, just behind my chest for my proportions. I would like to cut them out of my shoulder work as much as possable and so looking for tips on how to do this. I guess it's fine for MP as I am training for max strength and so should be using as much of my body as possable to get the weight up. But for raises/rows any tips?

Agree with the above. They'll be hit indirectly, so you cant do anything about it, and it doesnt matter if your training for strength. I saw in your routine though, that you do Upright rows, might as well drop them if you want less work on traps.

I 4th or 5th what has been said. Don't worry. Big traps are cool anyway. Want to spot a good lifter; look at the traps! Not 100% universal law but close.
