I am getting a summer job and will be cycling an hour a day 5 days a week. Should i stop training legs in the weight room?

cycling is no reason to stop training legs possibly try train them on a day when you dont cycle the next day

I'd carry on training legs, just be weary that if you do too much it'll hinder your hour ride the next day. I've found doing squats has helped my cycling (especially on hills).

I'd make sure you get some carbs in you when you finish your ride so you can recover properly for the next journey.

If its only a 30 minute ride each way (before and after work) you should be fine to carry on training how you have been.
