I am 6ft and 152lbs body fat at 8%. I am wanting to gain 10-20lbs muscle. I have a pretty hard time gaining weight. I know what I have to do to gain the weight (lots of research and reading) but my concern is after I gain the weight how hard is it to keep on?I don't want to have to eat 6+ meals a day for my whole life.

if it was done over time ... and your diet was kept good after ... you should be able too keep it ..

obv u need too eat right and train hard still ...
