i eat well throught the day, however at night i really wana eat crappy food, happens around midnight... cake, cookies..?

can anyone help me, how can i stop the craving?

Alright m8, probs not the best to give the advise but I wud suggest maby a choc flavour protine shake? should satisfy the sweet tooth, How come your awake that late anyways?

yeah i do the same

i'm cutting at the moment and stick to it all through the day, do my hours cardio, then come night time i mucnh right out and f*uck it uup :(

then i feel bad and get up and do an hours fasted cardio to try and burn it off lol
