How old are you and how old is she mate?

TBH this sort of thing often happens with lack of maturity in dealing with bad times. Sometimes the only way people learn that such a course of action is never the best way and that every relationship has bad patches but you have work through it, is to have to make mistakes like this.

The best course of action as there are apparently no kids involved and you both seem quite young/not a marriage at stake, is IMO to have self-respect and break up with her. She might have to learn that when bad times come you cannot go running to someone else, but it will cost her a relationship that she will miss if she was with you for 15months. But you have to be the big man and be strong and stand up for yourself - not name-calling or shouting or rude etc but end it and start moving on, take some "me time" and get your head sorted too as it will be hard.

I always say you can take something positive away from any situation and so in this case you take away the experience of what it is like to be cheated on and how much hurt and pain it caused, so you remember that if you ever have the opportunity or think about cheating on someone in the future!

Good luck and sorry to hear about this.

Thanks MCL, I'm 20 in a couple of months shes 18. This whole thing has angered me so much I couldnt help but scream down the phone/send abuse texts and emails. I just want to shag about now, I have zero interest in a relationship of any form with anyone.

Personally, they cheat, theyre gone. If they cheat once, what stops it happenin again?
Also if you try make it work it'll always go back to that, any arguement it gets brought up, and its always on your mind. Just ditch the tart an move on, time with mates to forget about her and maybe **** the first thing you see just for the extra rebound lol

I feel for you mate. Around a year ago i had my heart ripped out by someone who i was madly in love with, wasnt a nice feeling

There are a couple of things that are gonna happen, youre gonna feel numb, youre gonna question yourself if you did anything wrong and think "why me", youre not gonna think clearly and you are going to feel like sh1te for some time

if you have friends i would personally open up to them and spend time with them as you wont be able to think straight and youre going to need a good clear 3rd party to help you make decisions when it comes to revenge, give it another go etc

Try and keep yourself busy, grieve all the same but dont blame yourself

Do not try and take revenge against her or the other guy she slept with as believe me you will feel even worse after

Find new hobbies or if you have some already indulge in anything that will bring you some measure of joy into your life

Good luck in the new chapter of your life G

at such a young age move on, plenty of time to settle down anddo the whole serious relationship thing.

still hard to take i know, just take a bit of time to get your head straight and regain focus in other areas of your life such as work and training.

The healthiest thing you can do, is walk away from her. Once a cheat, always a cheat. I really feel for you though, but you have to do what is right for you.

Forgive her. It was only a one off bit of fun. Unless she means very little to you in which case get shut.

Zero tolerance. I laughed a lot at that one, back in the real world people aren't perfect. Get used to it as save yourself a lot of upset

I also had an altercation with the coffin at the same funeral, although it didn't look like a coffin to me. An easy mistake to make in my opinion.

I really am sorry to hear that G.
You have 2 options really.

Talk to her and see if there's anything to salvage etc.

Dump her and save yourself the pain of it happening again.

Sh1t like that is hard to forgive or let go of, even in the worst argument.

Dump her and go watch a lot of porn. Good porn, none of this 'professional' garbage.

sory to hear this mate, very upsetting for you.but i wouldnt make any knee jerk reactions if you love her then talk about it,and find out the reasons why she felt the need.
there is a lot more to any relationship than sex,so personaly iwouldnt break up over this, yes id be upset but if i loved the girl,i would talk to her and see where things are/or could be in the future. regards mark.

sory mate i would diasgree here, relationships are very difficult to keep together and "alive" at times, people are weak and vunrable from time to time throughout their lives.
if there is love in a relationship its worth fighting for.sex is just sex,it only means something when there is love involved.imo of corse.
