My gf of 15 months, had sex with another guy last week. We were going through a bad patch, and evidently she ran straight into the arms of this ****stain, im at a loss what to do, if i thought there was anyway that it could be sorted then i would but tbh im so ****ing angry right now i literally dont know what to do. I spend the last hour walking through the local area crying, I'm so upset right now

take some time away from her imo, however long you need (a day, aweek, a month etc.) have a good hard think, maybe you can forgive, but can you forget? will it come up in every little argument you ever have? maybe you can forgive and forget

As above, get rid. It gives a good indication of how comitted she is. When things are bad it requires lots of effort by both parties to get the relationship back on track and this clearly proves she doesn't want to work at it. I've dumped women for less serious misdemeanours than this.

Personally I would never forgive a female who slept with another man. Though I do think its more erm.. normal/forgivable for a man to cheat. It's a male territory double standard thing, as mad as that may sound to any women reading.
It is hard, but you HAVE to take your mind of it. This is not the end of the world. There's a better girl out there for you. And this girl will only want you.

I wont even try and be smart mate cause i feel for you, best thing to do is move on mate or it will eat away at your self esteem, im talking from experience and ive been where you are now. Switch off, get down gym and do some serious training, in a few months youll thank her

Its a difficult situation mate, i feel for you. been there myself, other than it was my wife rather than girlfirend, but same difference really. you gonna go through all range of anger and upset. as some else said on here the best thing you can do is get away for a bit, away form all the every day sh1t and just think what you and only you want. don't make any rash quick decisions now with out thinking on your own first mate.
then do what right in your mind for you, everyones going to say do this or that, but only you know whats right for you.

As above ^^^^^ there's no way back buddy, I've been there and it's not nice time will be the healer and in time you will be better and stronger, the main thing is not to do anything stupid like give this other guy a slap. You will be the better person if you rise above all this.

Revenge on the other guy isn't the answer here before somone suggests it. Put it down to experience and walk away. I'm really sorry to hear about this. If you feel you can forgive at a later date then fine but at the moment you need the space.

Sorry to hear this. Perhaps this incident was for the best. At least you know now, not 5 years down the line with kids and mortgage. You deserve better than to put up with a selfish slag like that. Plenty more better ones out there, don't settle for second best.

Get rid mate, im sure plenty of couples go through a ruff patch even me and my mrs do but we sort it out even if it takes 1 month or 1 year but we wouldnt do the dirty on each other

Been there and got the t-shirt mate, get rid otherwise it'll eat you up everytime shes out on her own or with friends etc. You'll never trust her again who could? No matter how much she puts on the waterworks begs etc don't fall for it, its pure guilt and doing what she did has the complete lack of respect for you.
Nobody should be treated like that, hate to say it but shes a ****. Also don't go after the bloke its not worth it, I did thinking it would make me feel better but no I felt like a tit after and got nicked a couple of days later.
Kick her in the sponge, hold your head high and move on mate bigger and better things to be getting on with, you'll find someone who deserves you and treat you with respect.
