Hi guys and girls of MT

Just had this cutting plan sent to me from a mate who's lost a **** load of fat in a relatively short space of time and he looks lean now!!!!
I'm thinking of trying it. I realise I may not respond the same.
What are your thoughts?

7.30 Cardio on Mon, Tue, Thur, Fri

10.30 Chicken sandwich/ on a weekend can of tuna on 4 ryvitas

2.30 Weights on a sunday

5.00 Dinner, chicken salad on brown pitas/seafood/tuna on jackets/
chicken pasta

6.00 weights on Wednesday

7.30 protein drink, 3 scoops

10.30 protein drink, 3 scoops

hi mate, cheers, Is all that really mandatory for the average gym goer wishing to shed some fat quickly?
This guy who gave me the plan is a 300+kg deadlifter, very strong and muscular guy even after several months on that plan. I'm not silly enough to think that just cause it worked for him it's going to work for me but I thought it may be worth a go?
