How much and what should i take, my stats 5,11" 160 pounds age 40 slim to lean build very fit and more or less a beginner who wants to bulk up without the belly , if possible Thanks in advance, you guys are the best!!!!!!!

You don't need any. A decent whey protein is sufficient.
