How much and what should i take, my stats

5,11"
160 pounds
age 40
slim to lean build
very fit and more or less a beginner who wants to bulk up without the belly , if possible

A decent whey protein is sufficient.

You might want to buy Dextrose and Creatine Monohydrate too, they are proven effective and cost nothing.
