Hi Guys,

Please have a look at my diet, I don't think its good enough, please let me know what you think!

I train for 5 days then 2 days rest per week. I'm not looking to get extremely big but slightly bulkier: "above average" I already have good definition.

About me:

Age: 22
Weight: 62kg/135lbs
Body fat: 6.5%


8am: Egg
Toast
3 Scoops N Large
1 Glass milk


1pm: Ham Sandwich or Rice or Pasta or equivalent (average portion)
3 Scoops N Large
1 Glass milk


5pm: Handful of Dried figs/dates/nuts

6pm: Workout

7pm: Muscle Tech Cell-tech Creatine 10g
Turkey/Tuna Sandwhich
3 Scoops N Large
1 Glass milk

9pm: Lamb or chicken or pasta or rice, potatoes or equivalent (average portion)

12am: Sleep

It's not a lot of food.

The gap between 1pm and 6pm without any food or protein isn't the best approach.

PPWO - move it to 8pm.

You need more food in there.

More meals.

thanks for that!

wow, didn't realise my diet was that bad!

heres the things, i cant eat those types of food as i'm constantly moving around at work.. im out the whole day and lunch is literally eating meals in the car on the way to and from work!

would you suggest additional supplements that may help?

Have a look at making some of your own protein bars.
