Hi Guys, Please have a look at my diet, I don't think its good enough, please let me know what you think! I train for 5 days then 2 days rest per week. I'm not looking to get extremely big but slightly bulkier: "above average" I already have good definition. About me: Age: 22 Weight: 62kg/135lbs Body fat: 6.5% 8am: Egg Toast 3 Scoops N Large 1 Glass milk 1pm: Ham Sandwich or Rice or Pasta or equivalent (average portion) 3 Scoops N Large 1 Glass milk 5pm: Handful of Dried figs/dates/nuts 6pm: Workout 7pm: Muscle Tech Cell-tech Creatine 10g Turkey/Tuna Sandwhich 3 Scoops N Large 1 Glass milk 9pm: Lamb or chicken or pasta or rice, potatoes or equivalent (average portion) 12am: Sleep
