It was awful. The Atlas wasnt too bad, but holding And & Dec....That must be 180KG MAX....No strong to stand still with the weight really..... But like said, the old guy doing two finger pull ups last week impressed me!

If they're 10/11 stone each it won't be much more than 140kg. That and the 2" range of motion makes it ever more impressive
