well youv'e sorted your diet so i presume your having plenty of protein from your meals?
eggs chicken turkey etc.

other than with meals i find handfuls of nuts and tubs of cottage cheese between meals and b4 bed boost protein intake quite nicely.

whats your diet like btw?

what are your goals?
cos im not quite sure why your only having half tins of tuna in one meal?
you could also do with adding eggs to your brekfast, your having no protein there?

maybe the shake before the workout isnt imperative, but it appears you have no protein shake or meal after training, or am i reading it wrong?
and if your last meal is at 5.30 then thats a 13 hour gap till you next eat! thats far too long.

oats are not bad, they do contain about 11% protein, but its hard to consume 100g of oats without drinking them. Eggs and oats would be good.
A whole can of tuna won't kill you :)
As above, 13 hours and your body will go catabolic.

i know what you mean bout 100g oats!!
i used to struggle with em but after a few weeks i got used to the amount, now i look forward to em!

i understand that oats do contain some protein, but i think a source is needed with high quality protein in it.

im not sure if its the right approach and many people will probably disagree but i wouldnt really count the protein from oats, i tend to treat them soley as a carb source and rely on the majority of my protein from animal sources and some supps.
