yeah i have always had low body fat so any work i do causes a SEMI good look, more of a football player then 'big' guy but like you said now is the time to up the ante.

Hey Sav,

Well done on getting the journal started, it looks like you have a great physique as a base to start buliding on. Have you set any targets?

Best of luck

ok weighed in at 10 stone 5 which is weight comin on but nowhere near the progress i wanted to be making
after being true with my diet it needs so work and i think my intake is more around 2000 call instead of 3k

would a weight gainer shake be a good addition to help with those 1000 lost cals during the day.

due to work im finding it hard to get the full amount i need so any help or advice?

How's the training going fella??

I don't know much about the weight gainers, but if you're training hard I'm sure it wouldn't harm you. Although soild foods would be a better option
Have you posted your diet in the relevant section, perhaps some of the guys on here will be able to tweak it a little to boost the gains?

Great improvements from 2yrs ago mate...Your at the level I'd like to be at come aug, but I still think I'm way off - plus I'm trying to cut the bf, although I could put weight on too!!

Riocat-Cheers mate im alot happier after seeing those pics!

Rocky...
well i have just ordered some weight gainer from MP for that extra amount of calories each day which should add a good boost.

training is going ok mate
still on the push pull legs method with it mixed up from time to time and some cardio thrown in to keep bodyfat down.
Its going well actually-nice to have a structured programme in stead of hitting just what i know how to do!!!!

my diet is pretty much-un stable
not because i dont know what im doing, i just tend to mix it up a bit
today for example

9am-sausage, egg and cheese bagal (from mcD's, i know i know but i was out last night and it was easy)

11am- 3 eggs and two slices of wholemeal bread-scrambled on toast, cup of OJ and a banana

1 pm large bowl of oats

3-just making myself some pasta in sauce with chicken breast.

I always have chicken, pasta, and cheese in any given day but the rest is just mixing it up
it would be nice to have a set meal planner i guess but maybe in the coming months il look into that.
