SAVAGE's PROGRESs----AUG PICS+WEIGHTS ADDED

Hi all, some of you may of seen my random posts around the forum but had to get to 50 before i could put pics up this is my first journal and dont know what to write except current stats 23 yrs young 10 stone 2 arms 14 1/2 chest 38 waist 32 diet is pretty good but will try and post up what i eat daily (p.s when i say good, i mean i THINK its good for bulking up) training for a 1-2 yrs but in the last 6 months really up it to pack on muscle. now for the pics you will have to excuse the whiteness-work indoors and dont get weekends off and the pics were taken by me so are not very good at showing the relevant areas but you get the jist.

It's a bit difficult comparing those photos mate, but you've got a nice ripped physique and a good build to start with, so I guess it's time to get your diet sorted, starting eating oats and tuna until you feel sick and build some quality muscle!

Whats your routine and diet like? I'd recommend posting both up in the other forum sections to make sure they are in order. They are both very important. Im no expert, but building your chest will not help pull your shoulders back. Try stretching your chest regularly (fore arm at 90 degree angle, against door frame), as a tight chest can sometimes pull your shoulder blades forward. Also, strong traps and upper back will help your shoulders. Things like scapular rows are good for upper back posture. Also when sitting or standing, pull your shoulder blades back and down and make sure the rest of your posture is good. And of course, remember to stretch. Post in the other forum bit for some more specific help, but I found this has helped a feww little issues I had with the back of my shoulder blade. Good luck with it.

fun meter-will do man thanks alot my diet at the moment is on the bulking side of things my schedule is very akward being a uni student and working on free days and doing degree work in the evenings so its hard to keep to a strict diet plan but i do eat 5/6 times a day and mix it up got a few meal plan outta mens health which give me something 'solid' to follow.

Hey mate, good on ya for starting a journal. Take a look (if you havent already) at jack5r journal, he's about the same weight now, he's come on great may get a few tips mate on diet and training? He's also at college so its possible to eat properly and workout fully as well. Good luck anyway mate
