hi there

im 5' 10" and i weigh 19 stone. i would say 50% is body fat.. thing is is i dont pig out and i exercise. i ride my bike to work evryday, then on weekends i go on a 40 mile+ bike ride cross country. yet im not loosing weight...

ive decided to to try ECA stack. i had a friend who was into body building and suggested i give i ago, but was doing well with the weight loss (17st 8) 2 years ago.

i dont know where to get it how to take it (in dosage and length of time) and what to eat. be it more carbs or more protein..

wonder if someone could steer me in some sort of direction??

Hi Dave - welcome to MT

You've not mentioned your diet at all here. It might be advisable to make a post in the Diet & Nutrition section to check it out before jumping into chemical aids. You might want to check out the new weight loss section too for useful info.

hi thanks for posting...

ill give you a typical day like today

Breakfast

Bowl of crunchy nut cornflakes with skimmed milk (red top)

Lunch

Salad containing ice beg lettuce, 4 cherry tomatoes, 5 or so slices of cucumber, onion and had tuna with it too.

when at work cos i work in a chill store, i have soup sometimes the hienz variety 1 can no bread coffee one sugar

dinner

today was breast of chicken done on bbq as the weather was lovely, jacket potato and coleslaw. glass of lemonade...

sometimes i admit that the calories go up. for example i might drink more coffee at work or if im feeling low on energy might have a bar of choclate. but i do count the calories and i do not exceed 2000 in any day, no way...

my job is physical too as its a warehouse job.

ive always been fat, even when i was young in the pictures... i do recall one day when i was fourteeni weighed 14st... thats when it hit me that if i go up in age a year as also a stone ill be huge!!. but it hasnt stopped me battling against the bulge.

im single because of the low selfesteem too, just need to get back on track i dont intend on abusing the stack. only want to use as an aid..

Welcome dave,

that diet is perhaps one of the worst I have ever come across here. That's the bad news.

The good news is that it can be improved, vastly.

I will move this thread to the diet forum for you for the guys to help you out

Hi Dave. You weigh 266lbs and you are maintaining this weight on 2,000kcals/day? You are eating 7.5kcals/lb bodyweight.

Either you have the metabolic rate of a bed-bound granny and you should see your GP in case you are hypothyroid, or you have completely underestimated your Calorie intake.

thanks guys for all your replies..

in regards to cardio, the only cardio i do is riding to work. i have just bought a bike computer that will tell me how fast for how long.. i dont lift weights but i really really want to. bt i got told by this friend that i should concertrate on loosing the fat before weights.

in regards to the calorie in take. this week ill moniter everything i eat with the calories and moniter my weight on a day basis and come back with these and the bike computer results...

then maybe ill be able to see whats what.

as wierd as it sounds i get a sense of caring from people on here i dont even know, about my health and i have never had that in my life. ever. so i just wanna say thanks and ill report back next sunday.
