It slowly binds together in your gut, and over the course of several months will increase in size before it bursts out through your intestines somewhat akin to the alien in the film 'Alien'.

It gets used by your body for growth and repair. You grow outside of the gym when your resting.

Agreed, you need protein even on non workout days, your bodys growing the most when your at rest following a heavy weights session. what are your stats, you may need more than 150g, dont seem much protien TBH

You need to eat because this is how we grow muscle. If your bulking you need to be in a calorie excess, ie. approx 500cals per day to put on 1 lb of mass a week. You can lean bulk buy all means to minimise the fat gain but its enevitable you will gain some body fat. Of course you will gain some muscle as well so its worth it. Just monitor your weight and adjust your calories to the output you are doing.

Oats, weetabix, chicken, turkey, lean beef, fish, sweet potatoes, wholegrain rice, eggs, whey shakes, veg, good fats, fruit. Theres loads of cals in a lot of them foods for you to pack on decent weight without eatin sh1te Theres about 300 - 400 cals in a 100g serving of wholegrain rice, 2 of them in the day with a bit of sauce to make it taste nice and youve got 1000cals, its easy to bump up your cals without eatin crap Table spoon of olive oil on your food will give you a lot more cals for example.
