Yeah, so I'm finding it hard to do am cardio, 1. the actual metal barrier of doing it, and 2. when I'm out there I just can't keep going!

What are some tips to help with this?

I heard that if you swish olive oil in your mouth your brain thinks you're getting fats so releases more fatty acids into the blood stream...but even if it IS true, I'm not sure if I want to have olive oil in my mouth instead of listorine in the morning!

Well any comments and advice would be appreciated thanks.
