Egg- 100% biological value
Tuna = 80%.

Conclusion- eat eggs.

eggs have a better biological value and are more diverse for meals. How about tuna and eggs? I take tuna with boiled eggs now and again. Its quite nice.

Tuna is great, eggs are great as well. eat both as people say. Both have a slightly diff BV but both are a good protein sorce. Both will serve you well as are high in protein, just mix and match, dont get caught up in what is best. They are BOTH great sources of protien.
