Not the best choice in retrospect but 1 meal a week doesn't break a cut.

They say the nuggets are made from 100% chicken breast... hmm I recon they've managed to breed the chicken versions of Jordan!

am I the only one to have seen the program of how they make them?

Trust me you wouldn't be eating them anymore

Basically filled up with ****, though they make out a great and smooth paste and once cooked it tastes delicious.. there's a bit of chicken in there but not much

steer clear mate i worked a part time job at maccys a while back alongside college, the nuggets are deep fried in pure fat, they provide 250-290kcal per 4 nuggets and have a fair whack of fat content i think, plus their is bugger all chicken in them. Personally i would reccomend buying 2 chicken sandwiches and throwing away 1 of the buns, not the best by any means but its as good as you will probably get at mcdonalds

If you want a snack have a pint of skimmed milk instead.

out of interest, if you had to choose something from Mc's what would it be? Not a cheat, the best option...

I'd avoid it but probably the Deli sandwiches, I'd assume.
