If I split my split routine. eg, back in morning & triceps in evening, will it be sufficient to have 15g whey, 12.5g dex/malt?

Generally speaking, I'd have the full drink after working a large muscle mass like the back, and a half dose of carbs for a smaller "group" like triceps. Full protein though.

BTW-I like your Pro/CHO ratio.

Those amounts you have listed there are very small.

Could you expand on this please ? I've never seen the need for an excessive amount of carbs pwo and tend to go 50/50 carbs/ protein.

Ok. If I'm doing a normal training session eg back and tricep my PWO would consist of 30g whey, 25g dex & 25g malto.

So I thought if I was to do half the workout in the morning and half in the eve, I'd split the PWO in two as well?

Sorry if its still confusion
