i use these.... keep your back straight and angle yourself at say 80 degrees or so, this will allow the weight on the chain to dangle freely down without hitting your chest/stomach and more importantly... the knackers. Now, pull your chin to your chest like your trying to hide it... now slowly raise your head like your trying to look at a fly on the ceiling, dont jerk or swing the weight. do this for sets of 12-15
