hey guys just after some technique advice on using weighted head harness, dont really facy the consequence of poor form (as with all exercises) lol all advice apreciated thanks guys.

i use these....

keep your back straight and angle yourself at say 80 degrees or so, this will allow the weight on the chain to dangle freely down without hitting your chest/stomach and more importantly... the knackers.

Now, pull your chin to your chest like your trying to hide it... now slowly raise your head like your trying to look at a fly on the ceiling, dont jerk or swing the weight.

do this for sets of 12-15

As above ... Just start with a nice light weight and build up... Which should go without saying really but you would be surprised the amount of people that don't.
