Vascularity varies greatly from person to person.

ORIGINAL: T0NY Vascularity varies greatly from person to person. Yep very much so Also from bodypart to bodypart on the same person I have always been vascular in my arms, shoulders, and legs at any bodyfat I have ever managed to bulk myself to. I'm talking proper lardarse at points here lol. Even during periods when I've not been training at all However if you're asking when I've been vascular in my abs, the answer is never, even when at under 10% and gaunt as a skeleton to the point I looked ill. I just don't have big veins running over my abs, some people do though

I go VERY vascular at low bf, veins allover my forearms upper arms, chest, legs etc. But even when I'm bulking I can still see them pretty much allover. Its definately a genetic thing, and very person dependant, some may still see vascularity into the 20% region others prob lose it @ 15%.

thank for the replies, ive got the ones coming back in my arms most visibly, and theres some that ive not seen before looking promising if i can get to low %.ive got weighed on some scales this morning with some fluids in me,and im 13.11st and bf% shows as13.9.seeing as the scales are probably not 100%accurate,im guessing my fat % to be around 15% going off of the replies above. cheers.

Temperature of the body is a factor. When I am hot I get them on my forearms.

i saw a bloke last summer, a road worker, doing some drilling/digging. he wasnt massive by any menas but looked like he had around 10% bodyfat and looked like he trained, the vein he had running from his chest down his delt on over his bicep was incredible, never seen one that prominent and big before. was freaky but impressive. i have veins that prominent on my forearms and bicep even at 15%+ bodyfat.
