Ever since I added nuts and peanut butter to my diet my usually clear skin has started to erupt.

Tried the B5 remedy and lots of lotions but still can't get rid of the buggers.

Now I'm tempted to stop with the nuts, but what am I going to do about my essential fats?

Anyone have the same problems, and do you find any different sources of EFA's that were easier on the skin?

Cheers

TJ

Diet didnt affect my acne and theres been no direct links found from diet/acne at all**.

Visit your GP, then be referred to a dematoligist ASAP. Reason is, GP may give you anti bios for 3 months before refering you(did for me, anti bios didnt do anything meanwhile skin got worse). So you want to get given dermo treatment asap really to minimise scaring, isotretinoin was the one that for work me... its like a nuke to acne

Good luck.

** - Milk may be the only one, i believe they did find this to effect some people.
