ORIGINAL: Welshy_Pete Few questions wanted to know with people that use this stuff how many scoops do you use some people use 1 or 2 each servings? It says 2 or 3 servings a day so either morning, afternoon then evening time or just 2 of them? Whats the best way to mix this up to taste better I used water and black current juice it didnt taste to well? Anther thing Im 5ft 10 height with 14 stone 10 to 14 stone 12 average weight. The scoop 70ml I use for the supplements. I train Monday, Wednesday and Friday so how much Whey should I be taking with my stats and training days and days of? Final question has it help you improve your training and muscles using this stuff along with your correct diet and correct training any noticeable diffrence at all? Hi, 1) Ideally if just consuming whey then go for: on waking, post workout and before bed. 2) Try Nesquik, cocoa powder, coffee or any other powdered flavourings. 3) Yes consuming an additional high quality protein supplement will help to improve your physqiue, but as you said you do need to have a good diet and training plan as well. MP :)

MP :) aye it will, but not if you don't factor it into the diet properly. it needs to be taken into your diet as part of your diet, not as something you put over the top of a already plentiful diet setup. there a fair few cals in 3 shakes a day, which is fine as long as you remember that. a good addition you can add to impact whey as well is fine scotish oats (MP sell that as well) its a good source of complex cals and an easy way to get extra goodness into your gut. again, remember to factor it in though. leave it out totally for your PWO shake and replace with WMS. again the lads at MP sell it. have a shop about though for all these things. MP sell good stuff and have reliable service but there not the only company and there's some good competition about. ...oh, please turn the multicolour supersized fonts off, i suddenly felt colourblind and 70 for a min then

MP :) Hello thanks for the information. I forgot to ask how much should I put in a container mixer like 350ml to 400ml of water, milk or fruit juice etc? Ideally if just consuming whey then go for: on waking, post workout and before bed. With you saying that on training days is that the same for none training days? At the moment Im using 1 full scoop for each serving.

50g of protein per serving is enough, so whatever that is with your scoop. weigh it on some scales and work it out. as for liquid, use milk for morning and bed and add to taste, but for your PWO your ratio is 10/1, so for 50g of powder you want 500ml of liquid, and that liquid should be water, nothing else. i suppose you could use juice if you felt the need to, but you want your PWO shake in you ASAP, not sipped enjoyably over a hour - and drink it right after training, not when ya get home, in the gym
