Guys I am currently commencing a cut next week and just getting prepared for it. Is this the best stuff to get, I have got a brand new tub off the impact whey protein but I am assuming it is best to keep that for when I bulk up. Here is the product I am thinking of which will be good for high protein, low fat?? http://www.myprotein.co.uk/bulk-powders/protein-powders/impact-whey-isolate/ Anyone recommend it or any flavours that are nice??

the stuff should be fine yes, but unless you have the money theres really no need with good concentrate about. its your diet that will need the most tweaking and the cals knocking back for a successful cut (with the cardio ofcourse) not buying isolate. if you can afford it though it will do no harm. as for flavours, nesquick or hot chocklate mixes are real good so dont bother paying extra for flavourings from MP

isolate isnt worth the price difference between itself and concentrated stick with concentrated whey mate, unless your thinking of buying something like Nutrisport 90+ << wheres the best place for this stuff now-a-days?
