best wrapping it in tin foil mate with your spices and baking it in an oven, this way it stays moist and has more flavour to it I think boiling chicken breast is a crime Anyway Try herbs du provence Smoked paprika Lemon & garlic

Sweat off chopped onion and garlic in a pan. Add you're chicken and brown off Add spices & salt Add your spices by the spoon full as you are cooking in bulk so a pinch won't do it. Or add tomatoes paste and curry paste Add you rice. For every cup full of rice add 1.5 cup fulls of boiling water. Put the lid on the pan and turn heat RIGHT down. Cool, portion, freeze. Add flavour by usuing PLENTY of chopped fresh herbs - by the bunch full finely chopped. Add texture by adding toasted nuts - eg almonds or pine nuts.

got to agree with eddie, wrap it in foil, make slices in the breast and put your spices and stuff into it. comes out moist/soft.
